Back of Box:

At first it was just a joke, a myth around the campfire for five friends staying at a remote cabin in the Texas woods.  But when they begin to disappear one-by-one, replaced by scattered bloodied body parts and voodoo effigies, the remaining few scramble for their lives.  But he's out there.  And he's sick.  And all he wants is blood.

Trivia
  • Filming Location(s):  RW Production Studios, Comfort, Texas.
  • Alternate Tagline(s)Five People...One Weekend...12 Miles from Nowhere...Let the Killing Begin, Let the Killing Begin..., and Are you scared of the dark?  Are you scared of the unknown?  Are you scared of clowns?  This winter...you will be.
  • This film spawned a comic book by the same name.
  • Mr. Jingles has been considered the "sequel" to this film.  It is not.  In fact, it has nothing to do with this film.  There is, however, a sequel/prequel in the works with the same alternate title as Mr. Jingles, 2 S.I.C.K.  Supposedly it's going to tell the story of how our killer clown came to be a cannibal with a mask made of human skin.
